These are editable documents for both the SPRC and Clergy Consultation forms. As referred to in the letter from DS Marcus, a copy of the pastor's Safe Gatherings certification should be included with the form. Pastors will need to go to the Safe Gatherings website to print a copy if they do not have one already.
These forms are due no later than Friday, November 18th to the District office.
